Meet Dr. Cogar

is a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopedic hand surgeon specializing in the

treatment of hand, wrist and elbow disorders for all ages. A native of Norman, Oklahoma, Dr. Cogar attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After residency, Dr. Cogar completed a fellowship in orthopedic hand surgery at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. Dr. Cogar is board certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Cogar provides complete care for patients from diagnosis to surgical intervention and rehabilitation.
